Partners are Robert W. MacDonald, Tom Soto and Kevin Wall. Mr. MacDonald
and Mr. Soto serve as the principal deal makers. In addition, these individuals
constitute the Investment Committee, which is the primary operating oversight
committee of Craton. Bob Baxter serves as Chief Financial Officer. |
