of Craton Equity Partners are Robert W. MacDonald, Tom
Soto, Michael B. Lenard and John Gerson. Mr. MacDonald,
Mr. Soto, Mr. Lenard and Mr. Gerson serve as the principal
deal makers with Mr. Gerson having the added responsibility
of Chief Financial Officer. In addition, these individuals,
together with Mr. Worms, constitute the Investment Committee,
which is the primary operating oversite committee of
