Mari is the Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing the efficient and sound administration of the Craton Equity Partners activities. She works in conjunction with the New Jersey office on compliance and accounting, including operating reports and budget expenditures.

She oversees matters relating to staff coordination, logistics and travel; timely development and dissemination of all external documents and reporting, presentations, correspondence as well as overseeing the management of
issues related to human resources and personnel.

Mari works with the Partners on coordinating the development of brand recognition through conferences, conference sponsorships, and non-profit activities.

Ms. Newhoff has been with Craton and its predecessor private equity firm since 1997. Prior to that, she was with an investment banking firm for four years.

Mari attended Cal State University, Northridge.
